handgunner002med.jpg

We've been told over and over again by experienced customers that the HF1 is the finest holster they own. Comments we get are beyond enthusiastic.

The HF1 rides close and secure like a pancake and stays open for easy re-holstering.  The HF1 rides on your belt at a 13 degree forward cant angle.

***NOTE: We cannot make the HF1 or HF2 for .380 caliber pistols or small 9mm pistols such as the Kimber Micro 9, Sig P938, Ruger LC9 and similar.

We cannot scale it down that far. Ask if you're uncertain.

Customers often comment on how easy it is to break in, yet the HF1 has great retention.

The visible overflap provides the front belt slot to bring the holster in close and keep it secure. The cant angle is perfect for most people and the holster comes ready to use with very little break in.

The HF1 is everyone's favorite belt holster, including a number of Texas Rangers.

Mounting the HF-style Holster on the belt.

Note - HF1 vs. HF2:

The HF1 is made to the length of a specific pistol. It's still open at the bottom, but the holster tapers down to the opening and will not allow the muzzle through.

The HF2 is made for several lengths of the same pistol (usually 1911-style or 9mm/40 caliber Glocks). It is open and flared at the bottom so the front sight doesn't catch when you draw the pistol.

Some customers just  like the look of the HF2 with the slide sticking out the bottom even though they do not have several lengths of the same pistol.

Both ride at the same height and cant angle.*

***NOTE: Some pictures show extra cost options* such as stamping, lining and sweat shields.***

($110 buys a plain, unlined, unstamped HF1 without a concho.)

(Each full stamp includes its own border stamp. No need to order a border stamp with a full stamp.*

    HF1 Wheelchair carry

Posted by Ed Rozelle on 12th Sep 2018

I have been looking for a holster to carry my 1911 10mm double stack when I am using my wheelchair. The HF1 is an excellent choice. It is quality made, retention is excellent not to mention the great look. I can see further HF1 holster purchases in the future for the rest of the carry weapons in the safe. A special thank you to Rob for personally helping with this transaction. Customer service and attention to detail was outstanding.

Lined HF1 for Dan Wesson Commanders, etc.

Posted by Greg Yarmoluk on 4th Sep 2018

I recently began carrying Dan Wesson 1911s and was looking for a quality OWB leather holster. The Tucker HF1 was highly recommended online as a top quality, comfortable holster and I found that to be absolutely true. The holster fit perfectly - no need to store a gun in a plastic bag jammed into the holster. The draw from the lined HF1 is like from warm butter. I'm using this one holster for all my commander, CCO, and officer sized 1911s (without rails). However, I still had to order a second one in a different color. Truly a great product!

    Best holster on the market

Posted by Glenn Burchard on 4th Sep 2018

This is the best holster I’ve found as far as everyday use. Works great, looks great and should last for years to come. Yes, it is a little more expensive than others, but in the end you get what you pay for. Spend a little more on this holster, you won’t be disappointed. The craftsmanship is second to none.

Black HF1 Belt Holster for Browning Hi-Power

Posted by Bonedoc on 28th Aug 2018

I ordered this for a Belgian Browning Hi-Power I am having customized by Nighthawk. The pistol is still being worked on, so I don't have pictures to post yet. The Holster arrived much sooner than anticipated and is a beautiful black stamped holster. This is my 3rd Tucker holster and is just as sharp looking as all the others. The matching belt is perfect. I plan on posting pictures with my pistol later this fall when I receive it.

Ordered this holster, for my Walther PPS M2, about two weeks ago and received it a week after the order was placed. I couldn't be happier with the quality and craftsmanship that went in to making this custom holster! Fits like a glove and looks beautiful!! Rob was very helpful during the ordering process and answered all of my questions promptly. Top-notch materials and first class service! Will be ordering another of these beauties soon for my Ruger LCR!! Thanks Tucker Gunleather!!

    HF1 Belt Holster - HK VP9

Posted by Austin on 14th Aug 2018

I ordered this holster after reading the numerous reviews as to its quality and functionality in concealing a full-size gun. I daily carry an HK VP9 and this holster makes it disappear under a sportscoat, light jacket or untucked dress shirt / PFG shirt. The quality of the holster, leather and stitching is unsurpassed. It fits my gun like a glove and was broken in within a few days of carrying it. I like the fact that it rides high and doesn't stick below the top of my pocket line which means I don't have to wear extra long or bulky shirts to cover it. The grip angle is intuitive and it is easy to gain a full grip purchase on the weapon when drawing it.

I've carried AIWB for the past several years now, but now that I have a desk job and sit for most of the day... AIWB just wasn't working for me. This fit's my needs perfectly.

I'm 6'4" and weigh in at 235lbs. I'm not a small guy and this holster is perfect for me. I ended up going with black leather and black stitching as I wear dark dress slacks on a daily basis and in the off chance my jacket rides up... I didn't want a contrasting color to stand out.

I showed it to one of my coworkers and he ordered the holster the same day I showed it to him. The order was filled exceptionally quickly. It arrived at my door within 10 days of placing the order.

I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for an OWB holster.

    HF1

Posted by Eric Page on 10th Aug 2018

Any 1911 worth having is worth Tucker Gun Leather! I originally ordered one of these for my Springfield Armory TRP "safe queen" that I carry to church and on dates with my wife. But I was so impressed with it that I ordered another one for my everyday carry Sig TACOPS Carry 1911. The fit is snug enough for retention but no break-in time was needed to get a smooth draw and easy reholstering. Can't imagine going back to a mass-produced holster for these guns.

    HF1

Posted by Randy O’Donnell on 27th Jul 2018

This is top notch quality and fitment. This is my second holster from Tucker and these are my favorite holsters. The quality is untouchable and you can see and feel the difference from the manufactured holsters from other companies. It hugs the 1911 perfectly and it’s just natural to use.
