    A work of Art :)

Posted by David on 14th Feb 2017

I recently bought a 7" 686 Plus Talo edition S&W .357 Magnum and so I needed a holster for it. After doing some research, I found Tucker Gunleather. Excellent craftsmanship and it fits my 686 7" like a glove.. Well worth the money and have already recommend him to friends and relatives.

    Money well spent

Posted by Larry Simmons on 25th Jan 2017

Purchased a HF3 for a S&W 686 Performance Center revolver. This is a relatively heavy handgun, but it felt light in the Tucker holster. I agree with
other customers that called the holster a word of "art". Well made, functional, comfortable and "beautiful". I actually feel guilty re-holstering after firing the weapon. Will definitely purchase another holster for a different firearm.I consider the buy money well spent.

Retired from law enforcement (27 years) I have at least 100 holsters, all brands but none compare to the quality of Tucker holsters.

A Short Story with a Happy Ending

Posted by Tim Case on 7th Dec 2016

Long, long ago in an America far, far away a middle aged man fulfilled his dream of owning a Smith & Wesson, Model 29, 44 magnum with a 4 inch barrel. That spring day in 1980 began a love/hate relationship with the Model 29. Love for the fit, finish and the power inherent in a commercial handgun that few would take the time to treasure. Hate because at 43 ounces empty and over three pounds loaded the “29” was a beast to carry comfortably for any length of time.

Oh, every major manufacture of holsters, along with most conceivable configurations, were tried but nothing seemed to make packin’ the “29” anything but a challenge of one’s endurance. Then one day, 36 year later, the now ol’ man happened on an article detailing and extolling Tucker Holsters. Having just purchased a new S&W 686 Distinguished Combat revolver—no light weight at 40 ounces loaded—he decided to give Tucker Holsters a try.

The results were nothing short of amazing. Tucker’s HF3 holster supplied a degree of comfort, security and concealability that has to be worn all day, every day, to truly appreciate. The question then became, “Would Tucker’s HF3 work it’s magic and subdue the model 29 purchased so many years ago?”

I am delighted to report that, indeed, Tucker’s HF3 holster will make the “29”, not only, disappear, but will give the wearer a comfortable even pleasantly refreshing day carrying a large frame revolver. The moral of the story is this: BUY THE BEST the money you spend now will, in the long run, benefit you in ways you will thank Tucker Gunleather for later.

There I am sitting at my computer desk opening a package I had just received. When all of a sudden a BIG SMILE came across my face. I couldn't hold back the joy after seeing my brand new holster. Wow was it ever pretty. I think I'll wear this for parades. A word came across my mind "Thanks".

    Great holster

Posted by Buddy Kruger on 4th Nov 2016

I am not a large person and did not think I could comfortably carry a Smith 44mag even in plain sight. This holster carries this revolver so well that the size and weight isn't a concern at all. And the holster is gorgeous, so you wouldn't want to conceal it anyway. Truly great holster.

    A beautiful heirloom

Posted by Tim Case on 16th Oct 2016

As a young man back in the 50s and 60s I grew up reading the sage words from the likes of Elmer Keith, Bill Jordan and Colonel Jeff Cooper among others. In all the time that has passed I never dreamt I would own a holster that looks very close to Bill Jordan’s ideal, but also meets every criteria that Bill Jordan gave for safety, security and comfort. The workmanship that goes into a Tucker holster is superb if not exceptional, as such you can be assured that this Tucker holsters are worth every cent you will spend.

    Beautiful holster

Received my HF3 black cherry revolver holster and could not be happier. Full stamp diamond pattern with silver star, Quality is off the charts. Weapon rides high and tight. Open carried at a local gun show and had about 5 compliments on the rig. Once you see one of these holsters, it sells itself! Thanks to Tucker.
